What happens after I send this form?

Do I need my content ready before we start?
No. On our call I'll walk you through what's needed (like text, photos and your logo) and when I'll need it.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's what the call is for. Choose "Not sure yet" on the form and I'll recommend the right fit. No pressure and no upselling.
How do payments work?
Projects begin with a 50% deposit. Your proposal spells out the rest of the payment schedule before any work starts. Website Care and social media plans are invoiced at the start of each month, and audits are paid upfront. Hourly work is quoted in writing first, invoiced on the last day of each month and due by the 15th of the next month. If a balance is more than 15 days past due, I add a one-time late charge of 5% of the unpaid balance, plus a late fee of 0.83% of the unpaid balance each month (10% per year), and pause work, launch and final files until it's paid.
